A fantastic opportunity is available for a motivated Accounts and Administrator assistant to join one of the UK’s leading earthing, renewable and lighting protection material suppliers. Based in West Bromwich, the successful candidate will earn a market competitive salary depending on experience.
The company works in conjunction with a European manufacturing group, with Midland distribution sites in West Bromwich. The company prides itself on delivering a high-quality service, developing its employees to the same standard. Reporting to the Head of accounts , the successful person will hold an important role within the company.
Main Duties Include
Organizing day to day transport for customer deliveries and building strong relationships with couriers.
Sales Order Processing.
Purchase Order Processing.
Booking in goods.
Despatching
Keeping tabs on transport spend in excel and reporting this on a monthly basis to management.
Updating Sales information to the system
Call handling.
Managing ISO 9001 and other company industry approvals.
KPI presenting and monitoring.
Reviewing credit limits
Chasing debtors
Invoice reconciliation.
Transport
Filing
The successful candidate musts
To be considered for the Accounts & Administration role you must be organized and personable. The company are particularly interested in speaking to candidates with previous experience in a similar role. In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential:

Demonstrable sales admin experience.
