As a small company these measures may be modest in terms of the impact they will have, but our commitment to our environmental responsibility is ongoing and continuous.

Our philanthropic contributions extend far beyond our immediate community and also involves more than monetary aid. We respond to global disasters, regularly fundraise for National charities and not-for-profit organisations and also encourage our employees to identify their own charitable causes and offer our support.

Economical

As a successful and profitable company we are committed to helping the wealth creation of the local economy by recruiting locally and setting corporate objectives to expand our operations to create further employment opportunities. It is also our policy wherever practicable to procure goods and services from local suppliers to help develop and sustain a vibrant business community.

As custodians of Powermet CSR statement and objectives, and whilst it is not mandatory and therefore enforceable, we feel it is ultimately the directors’ responsibility to be guided by its contents and encourage others within the sphere of our influence to do the same.
